High Tide Classes
Group Fitness
Come along and join our fitness classes that will leave you gasping and laughing, whilst achieving amazing results through a hard working hour session of group fitness in a friendly, outdoor environment of fresh air by the sea. This not the military-style 'boot camp' where a drill sergeant screams at you to toughen up and go hell for leather, but you will be challenged and pushed in a fun and friendly environment. Activities at Toowoon could range from shuttle runs, tyre flipping along the beach, stair climbing at Blue Bay, running up the sand hills at Shelly Beach and much more.
Low Impact
Designed more for beginners and people recovering from injury or pregnancy, the low impact classes are more focused on strength building than hardcore cardio work. Although you will sweat, you'll do it in a non-threatening, easygoing environment.
Strength Training
Weights, resistance straps, TRX bands, kettle bells and more designed to make you stronger, more toned with greater definition, and speed up your metabolism for assistance in weight loss.
Mixed Boxing
Experience a group session of fitness and fun using a variety of boxing exercises and specialised movements. Build up and tone up together with the support of a new friendly team.
Women's Boxing
Designed for women to feel comfortable and confident. Classes include a variety of activities with an emphasis on toning up using boxing skills. These classes are for motivating women who want to feel fitter, faster, toned and stronger.
Pram Friendly Classes
Some group fitness and boxing classes cater to mums by setting up in an environment where your bubby is right there with you whilst you work out. Please note: we do not offer childcare services, but you'll be right on hand if your child needs you.
