About High Tide Fitness
High Tide Fitness was started in 2006 by Matt Murphy and Chris McCormick. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength and whilst some trainers have come and gone High Tide Fitness has always maintained a professional and friendly atmosphere for getting fit.
All of our trainers are experienced and qualified, and most of all very welcoming. This means that when you join in on a High Tide Fitness class or have a personal training session, you will get fit in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
When she's not running or participating in classes or giving a personal training session to clients, Kylee is often found getting out and making the most of her fitness. Mountain biking and board paddling are just two of the things you'll find Kylee doing, and recently she completed her first ever adventure race.
